4. Data - Personal Credit Card Information
In order for the Company Services to function, Company needs to collect and process your credit card number, expiration date, and security code. This information is necessary for the collection of and processing of your monthly Membership fees, and for payment of any other services which you may, from time to time, choose to purchase while using Company web sites. Your credit card information will be stored in an encrypted format which meets or exceeds current Internet industry security standards.
5. Mandatory Data - Personal Client or Contact Information
In order for the Company Services to function, Company needs to collect and process the names and email addresses of your personal contacts which you will provide as part of your registration.
The names and email addresses of all "contacts" that are provided by Members shall be encrypted and maintained secure. Company will not publish or distribute this information, and will not sell, rent, lease or otherwise make a list of the contact names and email addresses to any person or entity, unless required to do so by law.
Company issues a periodic electronic newsletter as one of the means of introducing you and your trusted business associates to the "contacts" that Members have introduced into the database.
During the membership registration process, you will inform your personal contacts (through a letter provided by Company from your profile admin page), that you have joined the Company network. This letter will inform your personal contacts that they will be receiving a periodic newsletter from you, and it will provide your contacts the ability to opt-in and or opt-out from receiving the newsletter.

6. Voluntary Data - Personal Profile Page or Listing
If you wish, you may voluntarily provide additional information about yourself and your Company to allow Users to get to know you better. We cannot control how the Users will use any information about you that is publicly displayed. However, we believe that the more you tell them about you, your business, and the goods and services that you offer, it may encourage them to select you as someone they want to do business with.
If you choose to create a profile and provide information beyond the Mandatory Data, you may include things such as: your interests, your education, companies you have previously worked for, what you have to offer to other Users, what you are looking for from other Users, etc. You may also upload a photograph of yourself, and or a video greeting, along with photos of your product, or service. The Voluntary Data you provide shall be accessible to all Users.
You have the right to change your Profile Page or listing, as often as you desire, provided the changes comply with the Terms and Conditions set forth elsewhere on Company web sites.
7. Visibility of your Profile to General Public via Internet
The basic function of WhoYa™, is to introduce you, the independent business owner, to new consumers. As a result, the data which you post on your profile is visible to the general public, and traceable by search engines on the Internet.
8 . Visibility of Your "How - To" Report
In order for the Company Services to function, Company needs to collect and process written reports created by you revealing "How - To" information to Users, relevant to the business or service that you are representing. For example, a Member that is a photographer may create a report titled "How to Take Sports Action Photos".
These reports, whether authored by you, or by another person whose permission you have to publish the report, will be made available to Users as a free download when they visit Company web sites. Any Personal Data which you include in this report is subject to viewing by Users of Company web sites and to non-users in the event a User should choose to voluntarily forward your report to another person.
9. Visibility of Your Profile in Company Newsletter
